Nextleaf Labs Ltd. issues voluntary recall for Glacial Gold CBD 3:1 Fuzzy Mango Vape Cartridge due to label discrepancy: SKU 1063120 Lot 100029251219

Nextleaf Labs Ltd began a Voluntary Recall of Glacial Gold CBD 3:1 Fuzzy Mango Vape due to a packaging and labelling error. Incorrect packages (labelled for Glacial Gold – Anytime 1:1 Fuzzy Mango Vape Cartridge) were used to package Glacial Gold – CBD 3:1 Fuzzy Mango Vape Cartridges. The affected products display incorrect cannabinoid values on the front of the package, showing a higher THC value than the actual value, and a lower CBD value than the actual value. Specifically, the front label incorrectly displays a Total THC potency of 420 mg/g and a Total CBD potency of 420 mg/g, while the correct Total THC potency is 190 mg/g and CBD potency is 575 mg/g.

It is recommended that any individual affected by the recall immediately stop using the recalled product and return the affected product to BCLDB. Retailers may return their affected inventory following the regular return merchandise authorization (RMA) process using Return Category-Recalled, Return Reason - Product Recall.
